Case Study: Hilltop Music Festival 2025
Client: Hilltop Goa Festival
Project: 4-Day Festival Coverage — Reels, Artist Highlights & Aftermovie
Location: Goa, India

The Brief
Hilltop didn't hand us a script. They handed us a festival and trusted us to tell its story. With full creative freedom over four days, our job was to capture the soul of one of India's most iconic psychedelic music festivals — and turn it into content that would live far beyond the last bass drop.

What We Brought
A 5-person crew. 4 days on the ground. 4K cameras, stabilised handheld rigs, and a drone in the air. We shot through the heat of the afternoon and deep into the night — chasing light, energy, and the moments that make a festival feel like a religion.
We planned four uniquely themed reels, one per day, each with its own narrative arc. Interview bytes were woven into the edit, giving faces and voices to the experience alongside the visuals.

The Moment
Day two. DJ Tristan drops his first banger. We had the drone positioned behind the crowd, pushing forward toward the stage — and right as the track hits, the pyros go up.
That single shot captures everything Hilltop is. Scale. Energy. Surrender. We knew we had something the moment we saw the footage.

The Result
The content was released as a collaboration between Mainstage Bros and Hilltop on Instagram. Here's what happened:

2,900 shares — the clearest signal that people didn't just watch it, they sent it to someone
379 saves
166 comments

In a world where most branded event content gets scrolled past, this stopped thumbs and moved people.

What This Means For You
If you're an event organiser, the question isn't whether your festival deserves this kind of coverage. It's whether the people who weren't there will feel like they missed something — and whether the people who were there will relive it and come back next year.
That's what we build.
